Required Training for All HMIS End Users

To gain access to Clarity Human Services (HMIS), you'll need to complete two online training sessions. Please follow the instructions below:


Online Training Requirements

  1. Clicking on the training links will redirect you to a different webpage where you'll need to log in. It's crucial to use the exact same email address for these trainings that you intend to use for your HMIS setup.

  2. These are pre-recorded training sessions, so you can complete them at your convenience.

  3. Please complete the trainings in the order they are listed.

  4. After successfully finishing both training sessions and their associated quizzes, you will receive your HMIS login credentials.

User Account Management

Once you have completed the required training have your PAL reach out to the solano-admin@bitfocus.com to request creation of HMIS account. 

Please note the following: 

  • The licensing process varies by agency based on available licenses

  • New licenses will incur a cost if an agency does not have one

  • Once account is set-up you will be notified
