Coordinated Entry
How to Become an Access Site
Agencies interested in becoming an official access site must demonstrate a commitment to data quality and Coordinated Entry protocols.
Eligibility: To have an access site, the agency must be active in HMIS. For the process to become an agency in HMIS, please visit the New Agency Partner Agency webpage.
Visit: Navigate to this webpage. The URL for reference is here - https://solano.bitfocus.com/coordinated-entry.
Apply: Locate and complete the Solano CE Access Site Form.
Paperwork: Once approved, the PAL must fill out the MOU and Resource Connect Solano Data Quality Standards Policy.
Training: Designated end users must complete Coordinated Entry and HMIS Assessment training and pass the test before gaining access to the queues. Once the training and testing are complete, they will reach out to the Bitfocus Help desk at Support@bitfocus.com to verify that the training is complete and change the end users’ access role to assessor.
Note: Maintaining an Access Site status requires regular attendance at HMIS Committee meetings to stay updated on system-wide processes and Data Standard changes.
