Your Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a secure online database that stores data on local homelessness services. Solano County uses this data to improve the coordination and delivery of housing and services, ultimately strengthening our local efforts to end homelessness. All identifiable information is securely stored within the HMIS, and state-of-the-art security features protect the privacy of all clients.

Updated HMIS Policies & Procedures The newly revised HMIS Policies & Procedures are now available, linked below. Key updates to the manual include the introduction of the Anonymous Client Workflow, established protocols for Alternate Agency Leads, and the implementation of HMIS Data Cascading.
