Solano Clarity User Satisfaction Survey
We have officially launched the Solano HMIS User Survey for 7/1/2025-6/30/26 today! Please complete the survey by Friday, 9/25/2026 to share your feedback.
-
This survey is designed to assess your use of the HMIS and to identify possible gaps in support, training, and other resources. We will use survey responses to address concerns that are brought to our attention, to create new resources, and hopefully, to boost your engagement and confidence using the HMIS.
-
Your feedback is very important to our ability to support you in the ways that you need it. We are here for you, and we want to support you using the HMIS in your work as best as possible! We encourage you to take the time to respond thoughtfully to this survey.
-
We estimate that it will take 5 minutes or less to finish. We know and understand how busy you are, but getting your input is important and valuable. Please complete the survey by Friday, September 25th.
-
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns about the HMIS User Survey. We look forward to reviewing your feedback!

Solano HMIS Clarity Office Hours
When: Third Tuesday of Each Month
Time: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
What are "Office Hours?"
We know that lots of issues and questions can arise when using Clarity (HMIS). Office Hours are a great opportunity to get your questions answered, see demos of anything you can't figure out or can't remember how to do, find out how to fix things that might have gotten messed up, and participate in discussions with other users around solutions to common challenges.
Please note this is not an actual training that is taking place, but a space for you to drop in, ask a question and then drop off if you choose to. But as stated above, we can definitely do demos if needed.
Clarity HMIS Office Hours Include the Following Topics:
- Reports & Report Library
- Data Entry
- ROI
- General Questions
- Demos
